• Preparing Documents filing for Process Engineering section, Technical Department, the softcopies to network drive and hard copy to central filing system.
• Preparing Central filing to all documents related to OIMS 2.1 (Risk Assessment & Management), Working on Risk Study Items controlling by Database. Preparing monthly KPIs to OIMS 2.1, further more supporting to preparing in reports, presentations and assessments document preparation to OIMS 7.1 (Management of Change), OIMS 6.5 (Environmental Protection) and OIMS 6.6 (Regulatory Compliances).
• Preparing the PowerPoint presentations to Process Safety and Environmental group and providing the email correspondence as well.
• Working on SAP (Plan /Actual / Variance- “S_ALR_87013611”) - to check Refinery wide usage of Chemicals, Catalyst, Fixed catalyst and Amortized Catalyst to Finalize the Chem. & Cat monthly report (Opex monthly Report).
• Checking and preparing the report of monthly consuming variations in FCC catalyst, HF acid, Nitrogen and Water.
• Preparing monthly off stream Reports, Weekly Employee Engagement report, Monthly MOC report for (OIMS 7.1), preparing quarterly MOC audit report and handling TSRs status to area wise to Process section thru database.
• Co-ordinate with all other departments to ensure that Document Control activities of plant are correctly prioritized and are performed efficiently.
• Manage updating of all As-built drawings and documents of TSRs.
• Maintain and ensure all documentation is up-to-date as well as properly indexed. Coordinate, arrange and supervise reception, storage, archival, retrieval, and deposition of engineering documents as per the policies and procedures.
