• Hands-on experience in QIWA (MOL), MUQEEM / ABSHER, TAMM, Chamber of Commerce Portal, GACA portal for managing the airport passes, ZAWIL portal for managing the seaport passes, FASAH for import/export and other governmental online services necessary to run the business smoothly.
• Managing bookings, tickets and other requirements for employees' vacations and business trips of the executives.
• Collecting Resumes from different sources and meeting with the potential candidates and short-listing them as per the position required by the hiring managers.
• Meeting and Greeting the walk-in customers.
• Managing the vehicular, medical and projects' insurances.
• Supporting the procurement department in import.
• Providing administrative support to the executives.
