1. Acquisition: Mainly focused on acquiring new clients to the company by various sales and marketing activities viz., cold calling, business to business tie-up, referrals from existing members and prospects, up-selling etc.
2. Consulting: As a relationship manager, i advised clients on various available methodologies to choose right holiday and to invest in right product so that they make most joyful profit out of it.
3. Revenue collection: Made sure that the client is regularly paying the dues and simultaneous support finance team/collection department to collect all pending dues from my old clients.
4. Retention: Also focused and given importance on retaining existing clients so as to maintain good acquired vs existing client ratio.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Ensured that each and every customer is satisfied by regularly consulting them and also ensured that company gets maximum referral business from the existing clients.
Performance Metrics : Within the total span have generated around 20 million INR plus revenue towards company in terms of new clients acquisition, annual subscription and debt collections.
