As a venue supervisor I was responsible for directing the daily activities at the venue, including labour scheduling, manage all distribution services including receiving, storage, handling, delivery, and collection of the exhibitors’ goods and maintenance activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner.
Key responsibilities include staffing, venue operations, maintenance of the facility and
equipment, implementation of safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation programs.
Planning and setting up events and ensuring client satisfaction. Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and handling logistics and event crew.
