•Responsible for mentoring Graduate Engineer Trainees and providing On the Job Training (OJT) to Instrument Engineer &Technician trainees with following exclusive responsibilities
•Developing effective induction programs.
•Maintain a high level of safety awareness and standards in all daily duties and tasks and guide the trainees on safe working practices.
•To develop training modules, handouts and assessment questionnaires.
•Proactively managed the entire Maintenance operations for:
•HDPE plant Main drive Extruder VSDS Power Cell Robicon perfect harmony for Siemens WCIII 11KV/7.8KV.
•Pelletizer motor VFD Power Cell GENIII Siemens.
•All motors of LV from 2.2KW to 12.5 MW HV motors up to11KV, associated switchgears &equipment’s.
•All over plant utility system sea water area cathodic protection system maintenance.
•Carried out PM on UPS Battery, Transformer 33KV, 11KV, 6.6KV, 16MVA, 70MVA
•Caterpillar Generator Troubleshooting and UPS, MCC and PCC Panel.
•Lock-Out Tag-out (LOTO) of Switch Gears 415V to 33KV.
Project Key Achievements in QChem:
•I provided classroom training & OJT to all local Qatari Trainees.
•I was the commissioning and start up for electrical activities
•Developed standardize maintenance procedure for electrical equipment’s
Petroleum Development Oman Muscat, Oman under working with WPAI

PM on 33KV &11 KV substation having ACB and OCB’s and
•Carried out maintenance for Transformer 33KV &11 KV
•6.6kv &440V switchgears having ACB, VCB, SF6
•Carried out overhauling of LV & MV motors.
•Carried out maintenance for AC&DC UPS.
•Carried out maintenance for VFD like 440V & 3.3 KV motor.
•440V switch gear having ACB magnetic starter
•HVAC, electric control system.
•Emergency generator.
•Carried out Battery chargers and Nickel Cadmium, Lead Acid batteries
Project Key Achievements in KOC:
•I was supporting commissioning and start up for electrical activities with China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation project KOC #27 and #28 Oil Gathering & Gas Gathering center.
