Daily work planning, work distribution, daily arranging as per Maximo Work Order and Ticket raised by main client, front line with the technicians in plant maintenance activities with daily trouble shooting of all field instruments. Support Technicians for instrument field installation and troubleshooting and calibration of all types of process Instrument to make calibration report as per quality standards. Responsible for offline online calibration of all types of process Instrument and Analyzer authorized to make calibration report as per quality standard and match with the specifications in the Instrument Data Sheet. Able to troubleshoot Plant problems and Energy transfer station, repair faulty Instrument and aid operation crew in their problems related to Process instruments. Responsible to make periodic reports like Technical and Incident Report as per Maximo. Responsible for preparing and maintaining up to date documentation of Field test sheet report verification and punch item identification during loop and function test Interlock system and Coordinate with main client commissioning pre commissioning and start up activity report. Quality inspection for the process and final completion procedure conforming per approved Project specification and standards prior final acceptance and hand over to the client and prepare documents submit to the main contractor. Provides maximo permit to work and details for the effective management of hazards in the work place. Provide the details with which the permit is associated and ensure that permits to work are ready to be issued.
A qualified engineer with over 9 years’ experience in Automation Technology and Instruments Calibration (Electrical, Electronics, Sensors, Level transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Control valves, Process instruments, gauges, test gauges and temperature gauges, Temperature transmitters, Flow transmitters). Specialized in DCS, PLC & SCADA, RF Engineering, Drive Test, IBS Walk Test, Condition monitoring systems, Cctv installation & Commissioning.
