Responsibilities:
•Participation in coordination and compliance meetings with client’s representatives.
•Site surveys and coordination with STC Jubail and client, to capture requirements and to update them before commencing design.
•Coordination with other disciplines on new requirements, design interference checks and design changes.
•Manage telecommunication design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
•Prepare all technical documentation required for the execution of the project
•To efficiently and accurately generate Cable Tray/Trench Layout, Instrument Location Plan, Interconnection & Termination Diagrams, Data System SLDs. and Schematic Diagram.
•Knowledge of local Saudi Regulations & international codes.
•Making Bill of Materials for entire Project Data System.
•Preparing Technical Specifications / Data Sheets for Telecommunication Systems.
•The design stages ranged from the conceptual level up to IFC (issue for construction) and the production of addendum and design change notification.
•Getting approvals from the local authorities such as STC (Saudi Telecom Company).

Designing and Preparing the Shop Drawings according to the regulations of local authorities.
•Checking of shop drawings in coordination with other services prior to submit to the consultant.
•Prepare & submit shop drawings submittal for consultant review and approval.
•Supervising of Electrical works as per Specification & Approved Shop Drawings.
•Prepare & submit material submittal for the consultant approval as per approved vendor list.
•Arrange physical samples at site for the consultant inspections and taking approval for the same.
•Prepare weekly & daily manpower deployment schedule.
•Follow up with consultant & main contractor.
•Maintaining quality control, site safety & liaison with consultant.
•Estimating quantity of material, prepare material schedule & order for the same.
•Testing and commissioning for whole telecommunication installations before handing over.

Maintaining Data from Digital Video Recorder (DVR).
•Development of data system lists, equipment list, equipment specification, data sheets& material requisitions.
•Development of CCTV layouts.
•Prepare all technical documentation required for the execution of the project.
•Manage and coordinate the progress of the engineering work.
•Maintaining the network of data communication within the firm.
•Provide technical guidance, advice and instruct project team mates.
•Manage electrical design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
•Essential knowledge of local Regulations.
•Fire alarm system and interface with all other relevant systems.
