Analyzing customer drawings, preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), identifying tooling,
special requirements and creating drawings in Harnware and Autocad
Working alongside customers to capture requirements, update design and provide
solution
Designing unique defense system to meet the customer requirements
Designing, validating and commissioning harnesses of Military Vehicles and Aircrafts
Calculating end to end project cost and supporting management in Contract Reviews

Working with Quality team to update engineering processes for quality improvement and
supporting in preparation of 8D reports
Creating and reviewing Manufacturing Instructions (Routing, Tooling, Wiring Schedule
& LoomFoil/Formboard)
Conducting weekly team meetings and time study to identify process improvement,
optimize cost and manufacturing time
Liaising between Engineering and Production to ensure products are built as per
customer requirements and engineering documents
Solving manufacturing issues and providing timely assistance to Production team.
Supporting Procurement department in procuring materials and negotiating with
suppliers for cost reduction.
Mentoring new employees, distributing tasks to team members and monitoring their
progress.
Inspecting materials for any defects and conformance to the datasheet
• Analyzing the system using documents provided by Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation (System Descriptive Document (SDD), Monitoring Specification, Wiring diagram)
• Writing fault isolation procedure for ATA 34
• Creating supplement documents for training purpose for ATA 21, 22, 24, 32, 34 and 52
• Analyzing Fault Messages and Crew Alerting System (CAS) equations
• Identifying possible causal items for Fault Messages and CAS
• Analyzing the impact on other ATAs
• Monitor fleet status using AIRMAN and carry out troubleshooting using AIRNAV
• Generate weekly technical operation delay reports
• Review defect log and check for recurring defects
• Prepare daily Acceptable Deferred Defect (ADD) and Maintenance Deferred Defect (MDD) fleet status report using RAL
• Arranging maintenance support in Outstation
Assist in daily maintenance tasks in the following workshops:
1. Wheels and brakes workshop
2. Engine workshop
3. Non-destructive testing workshop
4. Structure workshop
Designed and constructed solar powered water pump. Investigated pressure distribution and flow visualization on a model delta wing inside wind tunnel. Stress and strain analysis of car brake disc using "ANSYS". Designed and constructed model turbojet with a reverse flow combustion chamber.
