Responsibilities
. Routine analysis of Base oils, Additives, Finished Lubricants and Fuel-refinery Products (MOGAS/AGO/KO/LDO/HFO/Aviation Fuel) with compliance of all international standards
. In-Service Lubricants Analysis
. Lubricant formulation as per shell LQS
. Correction and adjustment activities in-order to develop new and cost effective formulation of lubricant
. Chemicals Analysis
. Active participation in LLCS and GFPS correlation testing program of lubricants and fuels worldwide
. Retention and disposal of the fuel and lube oil samples as per HSSE policies
. Calibration of instruments and measuring equipments with compliance of standard procedure
. Calculate KPI and efficiency of plant as per PIM requirement
. Provide assistance to implement and maintain the ISO-9001-2000 QMS
