I am presently working for the project king Abdullah Financial District, RIYADH which is one of the mega projects of its kind and identified as the largest LEED in the world .With more than 60 high rise buildings up to 85 floors,
Key responsibilities include: Oversee all the mechanical (Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning, Fire Fighting, Public health\} issues for 5 towers up to 45 floors comprising of Heat-exchangers, Ahus, Fcus, Grey-water treatment plants, condensers, generators, Pumps along with piping . fm200, foam system,
I have an opportunity to work through different phases of project from concept design to testing and commissioning in which I have under taken various responsibilities some of them are as follows .
Preparing vendor lists, and coordinate with technical teams for the estimation of bill of quantities for quotation and enquiries.
Follow up with the potential suppliers in regards to the technicalities for finalizing and proceeding to procurements.
Verification of any variations in the BOQ for any additional works, and report accordingly and raise appropriate RFI s with the client - consultant.
Evaluate the design basis guidelines for project to lead and manage the design reviews process from concept designs to schematic designs evolving into final design which are collaborated, code compliant and value engineered .
Acquire a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings, reports specifications and BOQ), and advise project managers on matters related to Mechanical & Utilities systems.
Monitor the flow of drawings and submittals, Coordinate with project sites to monitor Mechanical engineering activities for analysis and improvements
Coordinate effectively for preparation of the field drawings and evaluate submittals thus Facilitating the approval of the drawings, material submittals.
Follow up for the in time site delivery of the long lead items
Participate in the quality and safety meetings and Provide technical advice to Engineering, Construction personnel on QA/QC issues.
Maintain proactive and collaborative working relations with the client, consultant and EPC teams.
Ensuring proper work is performed as per the specifications, standards and implement changes to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of project QA/QC procedures.
Assist and motivate the team in resolving day to day issues and develop approach for execution of construction activities
Maintaining of logs for project tracking & reporting.
Delegating the construction team for rectification of any site observation & non conformances
Prioritizing the work in relation to construction and engineering at assigned project
Monitor Pre-Commissioning & commissioning of all Mechanical equipment, including air & water balancing.

Project : Worked as project engineer for Qurrayat Hospital a 200 bed hospital with team Arabia Electro mechanical co. which were specialized for taking projects for Hospitals and Technical colleges .
Responsibilities: To monitor the overall works being supervised by the team of junior, senior site engineers, foremen, such as routing of pipes & ducts, installation of Ahus, Medical gas pipes, Boilers, condensers, etc .
1. Resolve any day to day work issues by communicating with Design, Q.C, HSE departments on construction aspects of assigned work .
2. Deliver the shop drawing with updates and timely approvals. Responsible for preparing the look ahead program and its distribution
3. Involved with procurement of materials and expediting the delivery of materials by the supplier required on site. Develop method statements proposing alternative as considered advantageous to meet time and cost targets.
PROJECT: Worked with AL TOUKHI company where I was involved with the construction of 380 k.v Dahhiya sub-station project with a value 400million S.R for power transmission situated in Dammam.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and arrange the design data under the scope of work and provide the technical requirements of project along with quotations to the suppliers.
2. Preparation of estimate for all the Mechanical services .
3. Receive the approvals and proceed for purchase
order.
4.Installation of sprinklers, deluge water system as per NFPA
Key words: FIRE PROTECTION& DETECTION FOR TRANSFORMERS, LV, MV PANEL, SWITCHGEAR, RMU, BATTERYROOM, BMS .
1.Responsible to supervise the Installation, commissioning activities of additional unit set up to meet the production demand .
