My key responsibilities are:
- Planning, forecasting and sales of textile consumables & machines in Pakistan.
- Sales team management and empowerment.
- Crafting strategies to increase profit & market share.
- Effective use of distribution channel and its management.
- New business development e.g. label printing business.
- Preparation of monthly reports and sales analysis for the management.

- Planning and organizing of seminars and exhibitions.
- Planning of products marketing through print media e.g. TexTalks, Textile Times & Pakistan Textile Journal.

- Planning, forecasting and sales of machineries, spare parts and consumables.
- Perform market research on quarterly basis.
- Travelling extensively to meet customers.
- Customer development for existing and new products.
- Arrangement of training sessions for sales team, clients and distributors.
- Responsible for service department activities.
