Reviewing HSE Management plan, method statement, emergency plan and other documents submitted by contractors/ sub-contractors and third party.
Working with the regulatory authorities to get the NOC’s for different activities that has direct impact on environment.
Coordinating with safety officers and Environmental Inspectors and reviewing their daily site inspection reports.
Developing Monthly Inspection and Monitoring Schedules.
Investigation of safety and environmental incidents & there reporting.
Producing the Site inspection reports to sub-contractors for actions.
Coordinating with the clients and consultants to ensure compliance with Construction Regulation & HSE plans.
Environmental Monitoring on a regular basis which includes Noise Monitoring, VOC’s at MOT, PM10 Monitoring at Blasting site, water quality, Waste Management in all camps and stations, soil and Ground Conditions, transport especially at RoW, Archaeological Sites etc.
Meeting with Client, consultant & sub-contractors to update Environmental Issues.
Internal HSEl Audits after every 3-4 months.
Reviewing contractor’s document of environmental aspects & impacts including control measures.
Ensure facilities are in compliance with international, national and local Health and Safety regulations.
Monthly Environmental Monitoring Reports to Clients.
Qualitative criticality assessment for ADCOP project Assets.
