• Primary responsibility is to request and provide Aramco approved workstations, laptops and other equipments with standard Aramco image /PMT image based on requests (On demand, Loan, Forecast, unplanned etc) & deliver to the users in Aramco Headquarters, Aramco refineries & gas plants and PMT offices.
• Supports john hopkins aramco healthcare (JHAH) users by providing workstations, printers, scanners etc.
• Deals with machines like LENOVO workstation, LENOVO Tablets, MS SURFACE PRO etc.
• Provide assistance around large number of employees in a refinery for multinational language speaking peoples and support site includes Dhahran, Rastanura, Jubail, Abqaiq, Haradh, Hawiyah etc
• Any escalation or approval reports to Project Manager.
• Follow Aramco Standard & Procedures.
• Part of workstation replacement program.
• Closing the TO’s after signed by the end users in order to make the device available in production mode.
• Knowledge on how to do Data migration, Data transfer and Sanitization using Blanco software’s.
• Communicate well with all level of Aramco employees, SMP’s and Contractors.
• Handle join domain, workstation enabler on standard Aramco & PMT imaged domain using reserved ip address.
• As a Team leader, always make sure that my team includes technicians & helper do their job efficiently and abide by Aramco rules & regulations.
• Primary responsibility is user support and customer service. Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance.
• Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.
• Works with the Systems, Network, Database, IT Security, Server and each team in the ICT Department as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients.
• Assist around 600 employees in a refinery includes multinational language speaking peoples.
• Any escalation or approval reports to User Assistance Head.
• Works with Vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with Desktop computing equipment and software.
• Installing, Configuring, Administering Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac OS for Clients. Connecting those client systems in domain.
• Installing and Administrating MS Office (word, excel & Outlook) 2007, 2010 & 2016.
• Become familiar with each client and their respective applications.
• Installing, configuring & sharing Printers / Network Printer HP, Cannon & Epson, Cisco IP Phones etc.
• Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Service Desk tickets using the defined tracking software.
• Installing and configuring Scanners, Projectors and U-learning Systems.
• Resolve Windows related issues, Internet Explorer issues and other PC software related issues.
• Maintaining the Asset inventory.
• Works with SOC team to monitor user computer activities.
• Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.
I completed my masters in computer application with distinction grade in the academic year 2011.
I completed my Bachelors in Computer Application with First class in the academic year 2008.
I completed my high school with First class grade.
