Working as an Engineering Supervisor
Responsible for the Shift operation & smooth operation of the Repair & Maintenance section and preventive maintenance. Overseeing the duties of the Shift Engineers, A/C Technicians, General Electricians, General mechanics, Kitchen/laundry Technicians, plumbers, carpenters and painters as well as outside contractors & reporting directly to chief engineer.
All work will be in line with the hotels business plan and in accordance with Wyndham Corporate policies and procedures, as well as local requirements and regulations.
Main Duties:
Maintaining RO Plant system for proper functioning in order to maintain PH & TDS.
Maintaining Fire Fighting System and doing weekly test of Diesel engine, Fire Electric Pump & Jockey pump.
Maintaining our Emergency Generator and doing weekly test for our generator.
Maintaining Fire suppression system, FM 200 & Fire Alarm system.
Maintaining our Gas Detection System & Gas detectors.
Monitoring & Controlling BMS system in order to save energy.
Maintaining swimming pool dosing system in order to control PH, Chlorine & cyanuric acid
Knowledge of York Chillers Operations, Primary pumps & Secondary Pumps.
Following the Preventive Maintenance Chart Strictly for PPM of Electrical, Mechanical, plumbing & HVAC
To ensure that Preventive maintenance in the Hotel is carried out according to the planned preventive Maintenance program.
To have a clear understanding of the hotels fire drill, the staff handbook and the regulations.
To ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas and to liaise with other departments in this matter.
To ensure that all emergency backup system such generator, standby boiler pumps, chillers are maintained in the perfect condition.
AUDIO & VIDEO System Knowledge / YAMAHA Digital & Analog Mixer Knowledge.
Working as a BMS Supervisor
As a BMS Supervisor I am responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system and monitor all plant activities of the headquarters building services,
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the behavior of the plants with respect to the set point and setting up the various control parameters
Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.
Use the historical logged data of various plants to review the system and propose improvements in order to enhance the system efficiency and / or reduce the operation cost as well as improve the services provided to customer provide the maintenance

Respond to all guest complains
Maintenance and PPM of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment
Carry out the routine testing and maintenance of fire detecting and prevention systems to ensure proper working order at all times.
Manage maintenance tasks of third party contractors as required.
Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference.
Carry out the routine testing and maintenance water quality and other systems to pass required inspections.
Carry out the routine service and chemical maintenance of the Hotel swimming pool.
Maintain the swimming Pool Dosing System and check the parameter of swimming pools Chlorine,
PH and Cyanuric acid physically and calibration of Dosing System.
RO Plant Operation and Maintaining its chemical
Fire Alarm System Resetting the alarm, isolating and de-isolating the device.
Q-lite Light Dimming System.
Knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC equipments maintenance and repair.
Identification of Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC spares Equipment.
Knowledge of Basics of engineering drawings.
Generator run test and Fire Fighting pump run test.
