- Reviewing, verifying and approving, monthly payables of more than 100k SAR for subcontractors & vendors for multiple projects, ensuring the payments are in accordance with the contract agreements.
- Approving rental payments of more than 350k SAR yearly, for head office, projects offices, and staff accommodation, while adhering to the approved annual budgets & contracts agreement.
- Approving utilities bills for Head office, Projects Offices and Operations Centre.
- Reviewing, verifying and approving petty cash requests, of more than 50k SAR each month, for operational expenses for multiple Projects, and ensuring that each request is within the approved budget.
- Managing Petty cash of 10k SAR for Head Office, for day-to-day operational expenses.
- Reviewing, verifying and approving all Purchase for Requisition’s (PRFs) from head of departments, rejecting if the supporting documents are missing, and the internal process is not followed, or if any discrepancies found.
- Implemented a cost effective and efficient Human Resources Management System.
