Responsible for Site surveys for new requirements, estimation and preparation of Bill of material for
materials to be ordered and confirm the purchase order for procurement team.
* Review the project requirement and specifications related to security systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, Intrusion
Detection, Intercom...etc.) and other ELV/ ICT systems, ensure that selection and requisition of materials
performed as per specifications.
* When required communicate with Clients, Consultants, equipment vendors and suppliers, to ensure
adherence to standards and scope of work and timelines as per project plan.
* Co-ordination and scheduling activities for site team to ensure timely delivery at project milestone dates
* Reports preparation for Client / management to show the progress of the work
* Responsible for ensuring to remain familiar with current practices and engineering trends within the industry
and to remain technically competent
* Project completion and handing over documents preparation and review the commissioning procedure to
ensure system is functioning as designed
* Coordinate with Logistics for the materials delivery and Material Submittal approvals.
* Compilation and Review of Operation and Maintenance Dossier for Projects

Worked on different Government and private sectors\ projects, got experience in different types of low current
systems, performed installation, testing and commissioning
* Achieved the project completion goals, provided technical guidance and supervision to the project team.
