As a Vice President Technology Services my role is to manage potential projects, supervise & guide project managers, review the set of artifacts produced by project managers and assure its process compliance, communicating with US customers based on needs, allocate resources and set milestones and deadlines to project managers. Lead multiple projects at the same time and ensuring the successful delivery within all project constraints.
I have traveled to USA and UAE several times for critical projects and meetings with top management of different companies for project sign offs, high level analysis and design of software solutions. I participated in Gitex Dubai as an exhibitor and represented my company in this event.
Responsible for Schedule Planning, Effort Estimation, Risk Management, Team Organization, Resource Allocation, Tasks Sequencing & Delegations, Tasks Review & Monitoring, and Issues Management of all the company projects.
Also involved from start-to-end software life cycle including Pre-Sale Meetings, Project Proposal, Contract Sign Off, Analysis, Design, Development, QA, Release, UAT, and Support
Develop and maintain department objectives, priorities, monitoring and review mechanisms, to ensure continuous department growth and improvement, aligned with company vision and growth path.
Managing and leading peoples such as Managers, Supervisors, Technical Team Leads, Developers, Analyst and QA team. Perform evaluations, creating their training plans, counseling, mentoring, and provide guidance to increase their motivation and productivity.
As a Software Engineer, I worked with different US based projects as technical team lead and manage team of developers to deliver high end technology solutions to companies in USA.
I am overall responsible of technical architecture and design of web based applications using Dot Net, JAVA, C#, VB.NET and SQL Server.
Also responsible system analysis, system architecture design, user training and deployment on beta and production sites remotely.
Performed integration with different technologies and designing of consolidated dashboards for customers.
As a Software Engineer, I worked with different US based projects for Car industry, I managed Oracle database of more than 500 tables, front end, middle tier and back end programming using ASP, Visual Basic, SQL Server, and Oracle etc.
Performed system analysis, system architecture design, user training and deployment on beta and production sites remotely.
Worked independently as well as manage technical team of developers and ensure timely delivery of software applications.
