Manager - IT Business Relationship and Demand Management
In the above position Yusuf is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic interface with the business, and business partners; for business-IT strategy development, and solution discovery; for monitoring and measuring, and improving customer satisfaction.
Current Role Profile in brief:
• Ensure customer demands align with company strategy and IT guiding principles
• Act as a business advocate to ensure IT services meet business priorities and needs
• Advise on projects that are not aligned with the strategy, have weak business benefits or are duplicate solutions to existing enterprise applications portfolio
• Manage customers’ implicit and explicit business requirements and ensure they are addressed within enterprise solution footprint and agreed SOW
• To facilitate, and serve as a lead, for the planning and execution of initiatives to enable achieve objectives through the effective use of technology
• Monitor and measure customer satisfaction, identify and address their concerns and any gaps in delivery
Serving the clients in areas like custom application development, installation of Novel Local Area Networks and technical support
Also, working with the Hardware and Sales teams to help design an optimum solution for clients' requirements
In-charge of all application systems used by employers e.g. accounting, inventory, cheque printing etc.
