I'm responsible for the Research & Deployment on Emerging Open Source Technologies and their Deployments.
I manage/supervise a location/technology agnostic team of NOC/Network Engineers to optimize infrastructure throughput.
I'm working on the following technologies:
• Network processing, centralized and distributive network connection.
• Installing, configuring and administering network technologies.
• Ample knowledge in Windows 98 | Xp | 7 | 8 | 8.1 | 2000 | 2003 Server | 2008 Server | Linux Servers.
• Active directory management, NTFS security, disk quota management.
• Well understanding of Bridging and switching concepts and LAN technologies.
• IP addressing and sub-netting, Routing concepts
• Consolidated Network Management \[Firewall | DHCP | Proxy | Bandwidth Shaping | DC | PDC | BDC\].
• Research on Container Based Infrastructure \[Dockers/CoreOS\].
• Consolidated Network techniques using Samba, DHCP and Iptables.
• Openmeeting Open Source Collaboration System.
• Recover of root password securing terminals.
• IP based Camera’s system for accessing it both over WAN/LAN.

Worked as Assistant Shift Engineer. I’ve a fair experience on operation & maintenance of Jenbacher Gas Engines (Type 3 & 4) with power generation capacity of 1.2 MW.
Key responsibilities of my work there are as follows:
• Provided maintenance support to machinery and equipment.
• Liaised with different departments and schedule repair and maintenance works.
• Reviewed plant conditions and prepared presentation on prevailing issues.
• Identified electrical faults and applied preventative maintenance measures.
• Modified and improved functions of machinery and equipment.
• Installed, tested, and repaired a wide range of latest electrical equipment.
• Making daily work reports of achievements and works to do on next day.
Worked as Internee Field Engineer in Wire Line Department. Got a hands-on experience on operation & maintenance of Wire Line tools as well as their digital calibration and analyzing the logs for the particular jobs.
During my internship I’ve covered lots of jobs assigned to me and learned a very new technology in the world of oil industry. Some of my job responsibilities are as under:
• Usage and calibration experience with wide range of Open Hole services, including Basic Open Hole Resistivity, Radioactive Density and Porosity tools, Compensated Spectral Gamma tool, Borehole Imaging (Micro resistivity), Sonic Dipole and Monopole services, Formation Tester.
• Cased Hole services include Reservoir Monitoring, Circumferential Acoustic Scanning and Cement Evaluation.
• All types of perforation/setting services such as Through Tubing, Perforation, Scallop Gun Perforation, Tubing Conveyed Perforation, Plug/ Packer, Retainer Setting, Through Tubing Bridge Plug setting, Pressure Control Equipment.
• All types of Pipe Recovery services such as Tubing Cutter, Tubing Puncture, Drill Collar Severing, Casing Cutter, Split Shot Cutter, Free Point Indicator, Back-Off for various pipe sizes.
• Tool Pusher Logging.
• Visit experience in onshore Wire-line logging activities, both rigged as well as rig less.
• Preparation of logging equipment for jobs and follow ups of equipment readiness.
• Co-ordination of job planning, execution and job analysis.
• Safe handling procedures for hazardous materials including radioactive and explosive materials.
• Working under harsh conditions and on odd hours being on call.
