Part of Center of Excellence (CoE). Responsibilites include support of current SAP system in one of the companies of Alfanar, and part of team for SAP implementation project in other alfanar companies (Ceramics, Construction)
-Serve as a conduit between businesses and technology
-Oversee all aspects of a systems solution, including those that are targeted towards customer relations, supply chains, product lifecycles and human resources
-Using analytical and problem-solving skills craft adaptable, comprehensive suites appropriate for each client
-Across the SAP modules:
- Understand client’s requirements and its business viabilities
- Determine the gaps between requirements and SAP functionalities and define workable solutions to bridge the gaps
- Design the solutions in detail with the help from the consultants and business
- Plan the closure of the solutions and see through the implementation of the solutions
Designing solutions that are integrated between business needs and technology.
Evaluating customer’s needs and defining & establishing new standards.
Project implementation using SAP Solution Manager
Utilize ASAP roadmap 8 and utilizing standard accelerators to maximum.
Document test cases, manage changes and address cost concerns to organizations.
Focusing and establishing SAP best practices in organizations.
Designing integrated solution architecture.
Part of Support and Implementation project teams.
I was involved in the support of 6 different clients (Group of companies) namely (SONY, Safi Danone, FMS, Amiantit Group, Dabbagh Group, etc)
I was involved in SAP implementation projects for various clients from diversified industries namely (KESC, Indus Motor Co., PSO, Dewan Group etc)
I was involved in the Networking and IT infrastructure support for the company.
