Duties & Responsibilities:
• Load Calculation using HAP.
• HVAC Design & drafting of AutoCAD drawing.
• Interface with client and owner of the project & coordinate weekly status meeting to discuss progress, design change and problem resolution.
• Manage Contractor to ensure quality, accuracy, safety & timely completion of work.
• Verify material take off and order equipment as per the project requirement.
• Handover the site to the client after testing and commissioning.
• Got appreciations from office management for completing the project on time.
(Plumbing, Drainage, Sewage & HVAC Works)
• Lead and participate in all aspects of construction with Project Executives and Superintends.
• Mechanical and Plumbing drawing review and discuss the changes with draftsman.
• Execute the work as per the approved shop drawing.
• Responsible for the installation & testing of Internal & External Plumbing works, Drainage network, Sewage line & HVAC Works.
• Preparing as build drawing if there is any change in execution from shop drawing.
• Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager and highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress on site.
• Assisting the contracts department in preparing monthly payment certificate preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the Project manager Highlighting the problems in drawing by Raising RFI, ECR
• Double check the work before submitting RFI.
• Take approval from the client after executing the work
• Coordinate with HSE department while working at site and Follow HSE rules.
• Handover the site after final testing and commission.
Worked in Woodpecker Architectural & Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer From June 2011 - July 2012.
Responsibilities: - The main responsibilities are
• Execute the work as per the approved shop drawing.
• Arrange material at site.
• Load Calculation & Duct Designing.
• Installation & testing of HVAC works.
• Installation & testing of internal plumbing & drainage works.
