Capture full Airway Bill data, acceptance, pricing, assign ULD's, manifesting & other
requisite functions in the ORYX system, well versed in handling CROAMIS and Altea
FM system.
Issuing delivery orders.
Adept in handling CHAMP - ULD system, was instrumental in updating weekly
inventory report - SCM
Coordinate with airport/sales for load planning and handling of priority shipments
Handle export operations as per the prescribed airline standards and procedures
Proficient in building up loads for A330-243F flight
Oversee and monitor cargo operations to ensure smooth ground/ramp operations.
Coordinate with Ramp team (for ramp & cargo handling) on special handling
shipments, re-forwarding of offloaded/left behind cargo.

Handling of transshipment cargo - by air & RFS (Road Feeder Service) for prompt
onward connectivity
Adept in export/import documentation viz., cargo manifest, loading instruction report
etc. Ensure accurate completion of all post flight activities including dispatch of
messages and completion of station file
Update flight handling reports, monitor irregularities and discrepancies to achieve high
service and quality standards, provide necessary support in cargo commercial
