Handling the overall HR operations in a 4 star hotel:
• Searching CVs from search engines, online portals or LinkedIn.
• Conducting telephonic brief interviews and scheduling/conducting interviews
• Preparing Month end report each month about manning, visa information, new joiners and left employees
• Preparing visa applications for new hiring and assisting a new staff in doing their initial documentation
• Applying leave applications in system and processing their payments for vacation
• Booking the staff tickets from our travel agents
• Writing minutes of the morning briefing.
• Doing payroll and checking the attendance, overtime, compensatory leave, less hour’s discrepancy and sent to finance and auditor.
• Preparing the trainees contracts and prepares their schedule for concerned departments.
• Prepare and submitting the bank applications for our staff.
• Drafting official letters & salary certificates, experience certificates, trainee certificates and No objection letters etc.
• Prepare the final settlements of resigned employees.
• Handling the executive office and assist General Manager when needed.
• Part of team handling staff annual party, monthly celebration, birthday parties, picnics etc.
• Conducting Induction training for new joiners, and also conducting trainings on personal hygiene and grooming.
Name was displayed on Rectors Honor List for Extra ordinary performance in academics in March 2013 by scoring 4 GPA in second last semester of MBA.
