As a Primary school headmistress i am responsible for:
staff training, recruitment, working according to school's improvement plan, planning and carrying out events and activities in the school, raising students strength according to the yearly targets given to me, budgeting, successful lesson planning and implementation in the classrooms, technology integrated lessons etc.
I worked for Beaconhouse School System for 16 years.I started my career as a Montessori teacher and then moved on to primary school teaching. During my job I opted for different professional certificate and diploma's courses like CIPSIE(Certificate in professional studies in education from Beaconhouse School's affiliation with Bradford English. I then did a Cambridge diploma course Diploma in teaching with ICT.
I worked in various roles and capacities i.e. academic coordinator for lower primary school, ICT coordinator and teacher trainer for Primary school and then was promoted as Headmistress Primary school.
