• To handle quality related issues for sampling as well as production
• To coordinate inspection schedule and delivery milestones and notifying same to quality department

• To correspond with the Principals regarding after sales service activities.
• To plan visits of service engineers with respect to customer requirement.
• To do regular follow-up with customer for advances and balance payments.
• To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers’ representatives.
• To give response to all customer clarifications and amendments in a timely and professional manner
