As a Computer Programmer I have been responsible for swift and effective operations of the Document and Data Control Department, Maintenance Stores, Quality and Production Departments, Power Houses, Time Offices, Excise and Accounts Departments in all three units of the mill.
Major tasks and responsibilities include working on a Call Management System, development of programs in Foxpro (as needed), and Tracking of Outstanding. The responsibilities also included making Achievement Reports as well as Field Status Report at the end of every month using digital equipment.
I have helped Sales Department in making their documents such as Purchase Plans of Canon Copiers Fax machines, Clientele and Warranty/Guarantee.
My responsibilities included making different reports in Foxpro 2.6.
I have been responsible to look after Technical Store in absence of Store Officer.
