•Evaluation & Dealing with Individual clients.
•Preparation of offer letters for clients.
•Preparation of authority letter and repayment schedules and dispatching the same to the clients.
•Preparation of Evaluation report of new leases for processing & approval.
•Follow up with clients for outstanding rentals.
