• Responsible for all operational aspects of the plant operating 24/7 and covering the areas of OH&S, Quality, Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Managing the operations of HDPE, PET, Preform, closures and Co-extrusion tubes in Obeid Rigid Plastic Plant. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Saved SAR 689, 000 in the annual payroll by reducing personnel from 92 to 66. Accomplished while retaining the same range of products and the same level of sales.
• Reduced scrap rate from 4% to 2.5% and reportable accidents from 48 to 7. Increased overall equipment efficiency by 12%.
• Overall responsible about Safety, Quality, Production, Reliability, Cost, People.
• Develop and Lead company Vision, Mission & Strategy for Operations to be the Best Operations in Obeikan group.
• Trained all staff in Good Manufacturing Practices, and Bench Marking.
• The plant is in full production capacity, running 7 days 24 hours, 2 shifts at 94% efficiency
• As a team successfully passed P&G QA 19Key elements Audit with score 83.3%.
• Trained all staff in Lean sigma and problem solving technique.
• Successfully implemented SOP for CIL & AM and passed TPM Level 2 Audit.
• Developed Spare parts tracking system in the Baan and analysis for spare parts consumption for tube line.
