Set-up AFS POS Acquiring with FSS Switch and PAX Android terminals. Successfully, completed four implementation
in past one year in Oman and Bahrain, with one reporting PM. Successfully migrated Ahli United Bank from Network
International to AFS with over 5000+ terminals & 3000+ merchants. The solution involved all 5 schemes
certifications, DCC, Contactless and integration with Vision Plus system. These projects have launched AFS as the
first acquirer in Bahrain deploying Android terminals with latest technology including contactless cards acceptance.
Working closely with Business, Audit, Compliance and IT while delivering variety of issuing, acquiring, risk,
compliance projects from solution discussion till handover to operations team. Reporting directly to executive
management in setting targets, benchmarking, managing resources & conducting internal and customer steercoms.
Major Projects: AUB & AFS POS Acquiring, Payment Gateway Set-up, BENEFIT Contactless, Al Masraf issuing etc.
Joined S1 at the start of two major wins - SAIB & Bank Muscat payment switch replacement. Worked onsite with
the project team on scoping and product detailing along with solution architect. Completed initial project scoping,
phasing, resource alignment and detailed project planning. Resource allocation and capacity planning activities
were completed and agreed with the customers. Followed S1 project management methodologies with stake holder
management, customer engagement, onsite steering meetings and projects risks, issues and CR management.
