1. Provide a measurable level of Personnel Administration that supports the effective and efficient functioning of the Region.
2. Measure, monitor and maintain all Personnel Files for the whole group employees, benefits and incentives, GOSI, medical insurance, vacation and travel, discipline training.
4. Filing system in the company to maintain an up-to-date record on all personnel including employment benefits, leave entitlements, monthly salary, end of service benefits, medical, and all information that constitutes a complete history of an employment record.
5. Monitor travel arrangements for all group employees, issuance and usage of air tickets & evaluate and negotiate best rates for tickets through optimum routes. Assist in appropriate travel and reception services to visitors.
7. Handling stationary for corporate office.
8. Ensure the Medical program is being fully implemented as per the company-approved guidelines.
9. Handling business trip visit visa issuing for the directors (such as Schengen, Moroccan, etc...)
10. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
