•Being Regional SAP-SD Team leader, Managing & controlling overall Sales Operation and Order Fulfillment activities in Region (having 05 branch offices), Working in SAP (System Applications and Products) SD (Sales and Distribution) Module
•To set the perfect Sales Operation Department Goals & Objectives and achieving efficiency through the systemization of operations.
•To coordinate with all concerned/Heads/In-charges of Sales, Logistics and Customer Services to accomplish all Sales Operations Related Assignments and Responsible to ensure the compliance of the standard operating procedures of the Sales.
•Sales, recovery, Overdue, Cash Sales Target allocation and distribution and maintaining daily, weekly, fort nightly and monthly of Product wise/ SBU wise sales reports and analysis for management review
•Hold daily meeting with Sales team, allocating daily targets and last day achievements and presenting sales current position and activities Branch wise/Product wise target vs achievement report daily.
•Minute to minute updates regarding daily target achievement to Regional Sales Manager, Branch Managers and SBUs and Monitoring Sales Targets and Achievements.
•Sales policies announcement and execution and Maintain records of Dealers Ledgers Reconciliation monthly bases.
•Dealer’s annual contracts workings, monthly and quarterly targets breakups etc
•Ensure the strong communication between SAP SD team, Sales Team, Logistics team for orders, shipment and/or any other issue pertaining to the operations activities.
•Calculations of Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually and Annual Product wise Incentives against contracted lifting and implementation through proper channels
•Responsible for Order generation and execution till invoicing in the region and to execute the orders as per company policy.
•Customer master data maintenance and amendments with data center china
Monitoring Dealer network activation
•To give training of SAP SD to new users at branch level
• Working in VB based Sales Software using SQL at backend
• To generate Orders, delivery notes, posting payments in dealers account of Multan and D.G.Khan branched
• To monitor and execute sales policy and its related working
• To generate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports/updates for Sales team and Head office
• To monitor sales and recovery targets
