Work permit verification, Daily TBT, pre job briefing, assuring safe erection of Scaffolding Platform, safe excavation, providing HSE Induction Training & other work related training, Assuring Safe entry and exit of confined space, Safe Lifting Operations etc.
Maintaining total Safety at site to minimize chances of any accidents or incidents. Teaching workers regarding all the possible potential hazards and the measure to control it. Enforcing Job Safety Analysis requirements at every steps of all jobs to be done. Before start of job daily briefing to all employees regarding work and things to be taken care. Arranging Weekly safety Meeting. Fulfill the client's requirements .
Conducting Induction Training for all personnel.
Arranging and participating in site HSE training activities.
Administer and participate in the HSE audit and inspection.
Maintaining effective communication and coordination between AGMF, and client /subcontractors.
Carrying out daily inspection of all work areas to ensure HSE compliance.
Investigating accident / incident / near miss and ensuring that remedial actions have been agreed and carried out.
Communicating Accident / Incident Report and Lesson Learned.
Conducting awareness programme like Safety Training for employees & Tool Box Meeting etc.
Procurement distribution and ensuring usage of Personal Protective Equipment.
Performing daily walk-through for safety inspections of the facilities including fire systems. Documented and photographed findings and compiled and presented statistical data on safety activities to SHE Manager. Coordinating the installation of fire extinguishers where necessary.
Inspection of Personal Protective Equipment of all workers, Tools and Equipment, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Buckets and First Aid Box etc.
Enforcement of HSE rules, regulations & laws, and document all actions taken to ensure compliance.
Participating in scheduled, documented HSE assessment to be conducted by the clients and for self assessment.
Attending and actively participating and demonstrating strong leadership in the Toolbox & HSE Meeting.
Participating in documented pre job planning activities such as Risk Assessments and method Statement reviews.
Ensuring good Housekeeping.
