Microsoft Stack:
• Deployment of windows server 2012/2019 and 2022 machines
• Manage VMs in private cloud HCI Sangfor
• Managing AD, DNS, Group Policies, Hyper-V, Exchange server 2013 Infra, SharePoint 2013, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012, Lync and WSUS servers in upstream and downstream configuration deployed countrywide.
• Hardening of windows server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 machines, windows patching and upgrade.
• Migration of Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2016 infrastructure
• Manage and maintain Exchange 2016 databases, DAG, logs, ActiveSync and other policies
• Administration of SharePoint 2013 farm which includes monthly patching, troubleshooting and other routine tasks
• Manage production backups using Microsoft Data protection manager (DPM)
• Administration of SQL nodes having databases of critical applications in Always On configuration
• Monitoring of Microsoft servers and services using SCOM 2019
IT Security:
• Manage EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) platform (Trend Micro Vision One, Sangfor Cyber Command) to perform Incident Monitoring and Detection, Incident Response and Investigation and Threat Hunting/Analysis for production servers (70 + endpoints)
Information Security Management System (ISO-27001):
• Yearly Risk assessment of IT assets under system teams responsibility
• Quarterly resolves vulnerability from systems and applications under our responsibility as per VAPT results from security team
• Consolidate Access Privileges Sheet of INO team bi-yearly as per audit requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Conduct weekly action item meeting for IT team
• Consolidate and present logs dashboard and summary report monthly.
• Consolidate yearly capacity planning sheet for our cloud infrastructure by gathering new requirements for upcoming year and reviewing current years average utilization of cloud resources
• Consolidate Access Privileges Sheet of INO team bi-yearly as per audit requirements
• Configuration and Management of VMware ESXi 5 hosts on R715 Dell Server
• Managing server roles like AD, DNS, DHCP, DHCP Scopes, WDS, WSUS, KAV, Backups.
• Working in shifts for front ofices present globally in 12 countries
• Designing, Configuration of IT Infrastructure
• Managing IT support team
• Implementation of new ofice IT Setup.
• Management of System, Network devices and 200+ nodes in ofice premises.
