In this role, I undertake recruitment for various units including Operations, IT and various humanitarian roles, sourcing via social media networks and the company platform. In addition, I also play a key role as the talent management system focal point and in recruitment reporting. I am continuously engaged in positively guiding hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates and fulfill the demanding timelines. I have taken up a challenging project of developing and maintaining the local HR intranet page, with ongoing updates, analytics and engaging material/opportunities for staff development.
