• Inventory -
Controlling stock, minimizing inventory, making DL’s division wise (Retail, BP, FMCG & Wholesale), demand planning, categorizing A-B-C theory, MTS, MTO & MTY, Master data (over 26k SKU’s), price analyzing, sales analyzing, stock analyzing.
• Procurement -
Buying goods from International supplier, like countries USA, EU region, Brazil, UK & UAE, very well aware of import process in all over GCC like KSA, Kuwait and Qatar special requirement for Electrical products, Skin care products, eCosma registration process, aware of Intertek requirement, MOH approval to import in Kuwait, Arabic packaging requirement to import.
• Warehousing -
Instructing warehouse to receive and enter the goods in system, keeping an eye on damaging products, controlling stock variance, stock control, instructing to dispatch goods per DL on time, arranging goods on places to understand better while distributing, making sure to deliver goods to showrooms- customers salons- Spa’s on time, preparing delivery schedule everyday.
• Logistics -
All GCC custom clearing process like KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Levent. Customs duty, comparing freight rates from various shipping lines.

• Optimizing inventory levels using inventory models of JIT/ MTS policies
• Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future.
• Executing & preparing reports for S&OP meeting.
• Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
• Establish appropriate safety stock levels to be maintained by company and/or the customer
• Develop joint supply chain metrics to measure and monitor SC performance
• Develop monthly production and supply planning processes
• Establish communication and information transfer process with vendors
• Develop and own product master data as related to planning activities (SCM)
• Ensure coordination of regional supply chain activities with worldwide supply chain processes
• Monitor and manage supply chain costs as related to portfolio (inventory, freight, warehousing, etc.)
• Represent Supply Chain on regional and global project teams
• Identify and implement supply chain process enhancement/efficiency opportunities
• Assist in the establishment of best practices for both company and the customer in processes directly affecting supply chain interactions
• Identify and implement supply chain cost savings and value add activities where appropriate
1. Experience of at least years in purchasing of Cosmetics and Salon products.
2. Familiar with ordering process and logistics operations

Handling USA, Germany, UK, Belgium, Italy, Spain suppliers.
Receiving order from Directors/Inventory/Branches.
Generating RPI in ERP, confirming orders to supplier.
Checking manually each and everything ones receives PI and then confirmation.
Shipping goods as per the terms agreed with the supplier (EXW, FOB, CIF etc)
Taking extra care for KSA and Qatar shipment, as they need SASO and ECAS.
Continuously following up with suppliers to get done our orders on time.
Taking care all documents for clearing in Dubai customs.
Delivering goods in warehouse and entering in the stock for stock controlling purpose.
