Worked as Mechanical Manager Coordination in (HVAC & MEP) @ PEARL Tower Emaar Pakistan Project in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
At High rise Building, Worked as Manager Mechanical in HVAC & MEP @EMAAR PAKISTAN, THE VIEWS North and South Tower from Aug, 2022 to Jan, 2024.
• Key responsibilities of all HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) at a high rise building responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Following all activities, like installation and testing of HVAC & PPRC water supply piping and UPVC installation and testing and Builder work as well.
• Additional safety and utility services including installation of firefighting systems, Natural Gas Piping and In HVAC installation and Testing with all dampers of Pre insulated Ducts for Fresh air & Air Conditioning system of all Packages.
• Installation and testing Of GI Ducts for Exhaust Ducts with Dampers in all areas and Riser Areas.
• Planning and scheduling all HVAC & MEP related activities on daily basis before starting any job, I carried inspection.

• Core Responsibilities remained MEP, HVAC & Mechanical Maintenance
• Worked at Rafi cricket stadium @ BAHRIA Town Karachi including Shoukat khanum charity and memorial Cancer Hospital, Golf Apartments project, Grand Jamia Masjid Riaz, Theme park projects.
• Organised mechanical and plumbing HVAC activities at Rafi cricket stadium, complete installation and design of ducts and VRF installations & all finishing works approval of drawings from consultant and generate MIR before installing any material, Conduct inspection with client and consultant by following QAQC procedures as per client satisfaction.
• Planning, scheduling and cost estimation for all MEP and HVAC related works before starting any activity at site and follow the activity as per priority on finish to start
principle following all EPC methodologies.
• Procurement of all MEP material for stadium, SHOUQAT KHANUM hospital, apartments and Grand mosque.
• Monitoring of all MEP and HVAC activities carried out by contractors and sub contractors.
• Raised material requisition and purchase orders for materials required from local market and international market, MIR material inspection report carried out at site after receiving with DC.
• Planned and executed maintenance regime of all mechanical machines.
• Managed diferent earth moving and stationary Machines like Diesel Generators from 10KVA to 455 KVA, Transit Mixtures, Wheel Loaders, Dumper Trucks, Concrete Pump, Stationary concrete Pumps, Tractors, fork lift trucks, mobile cranes and Bob cat.
• Checking and inspecting machines and their manual pre-use and installation.
• Performed technical inspections of machines and their safe operations routinely basis.
• Follow the entire maintenance regime for the proper corrective and preventive maintenance of all Diesel Generators, TMS, Wheel loaders, Mobile Concrete PUMPS, Stationary Pumps, Tractors, mobile cranes etc.
• Troubleshoot all the complaints initially in order to identify root cause of failures and resolve issues.
• Maintained all maintenance records and daily reports for the good perspective in Future to analyze the performance of the machines.
• Provision of knowledge/ training about the machine to the operators to ensure safe operation.
• Report all kind of accident and incidents to the higher management and discuss the root causes.
• Maintained and ensured availability of spare parts on site store stock in case of break down.
• Provision and use of best quality and vendor recommended lubricants.
• Procurement of suitable and recommended parts and new machines.
• Working with team to expedite the work in time with maximizes eficiency.
• Emphasis on daily routine checklist of the all kind of diesel machines to find out the initial fault and rectify it on prior basis.

• Managing multiple earth moving and stationary Machines at sites including Diesel Generators from 10KVA to 455 Kva, Transit Mixtures, Wheel Loaders, Dumper Trucks, Concrete Pump, Stationary concrete Pumps, tractors fork lift trucks and bob cat. Following all kinds of maintenance regime for these machines at Bahria Town Karachi, Grand Mosque and Rafi Cricket Stadium & Theme Park.
• Led all kind of corrective and preventive maintenances of all the machines used at site and maintained all the future plans and maintenances of machines to have clear regime of work on machine and their timeline.
• Coordinating, organising and attending meetings related to performance of machines and ensuring optimized maintenance vs machines cost.
• Maintained monthly maintenance costs records.

Appointment: Site Engineer (Mechanical) at The World Island from Dec 2013 to Oct 2014
• Worked under the umbrella of Mega Project The Heart of Europe as part of Tri Sync Company with Kleindienst Group at the World Island.
• Mobilized machinery as per Scope of work required foundation and substructure work on the World Island.
• Provided Engineering and Mechanical support to mobilize Kleindienst Group in construction of Lebanon Island and initiation of work on series of islands including Europe, Sweden and Germany.
• Planned and led corrective and preventive maintenances of all machines used at site and maintained future plans for maintenances of machines to have clear regime of work with timelines.
