Analyzing the tender documents for scoping and preparation of BOM with Technical
specification.
- Responsible for preparation of technical specification and RFQ for electrical scope.
- Responsible for tender compliance / deviations, Bid documents and risk analysis for
electrical scope.
- Preparing Project document, Meeting client requirement, implementing project
procedure and making sure that project completed in with in time and budget.
- Responsible for overall process and delivery of project in various sizes and complexity

- Controlling and monitoring of team to execute the work as per project scope without
any deviation of client specification in time frame.

- Project scope includes supply and installation of 4 no’s 2.5MVA diesel generator with
complete fuel & ventilation system to back up 2 no’s of switching station feeding supply
Abu al abyad island
- Scope includes supply and installation of 11kV Switchgear in DG plant and 2no’s
switching station.
- Scope includes supply, installation & Testing of 48V Dual battery charger, 4 no’s of NER
for DG, Station transformer, LV panel, RGMS panel, AMF panel & RGCC panel.
- Scope includes Electro mechanical works of DG, Fuel system, Ventilation system,
Storage diesel tanks works.
- Coordination with Civil works including fire alarm, MEP, Movable mobile crane, HVAC
system, and Fuel system for Genset, Earthing and lightening and other related jobs.

Energo
- Project Scope include installation of 6 no’s of 33/11kV PU /11/0.4KV PU, TRM, QRM
including 33 & 11kV cable laying, 144 fibre also laid with 33kV cable to loop 6 no’s PU
integrated with SIla Grid station with Transco communication to DMS control center.
- Individually lead the project team and executing the job in scheduled time frame up
to satisfaction of client and consultant.
- Preparation of shop drawing and single line diagrams, Equipment layout, Earthing
layout, 33kV/11KV & FOC cable route and 33/11kV PU civil related drawings, as per
Project scope and ADDC standard.
- Preparing daily Progress report, weekly Progress report and Monthly progress report
as per Client/Supervising consultant Requirement, reporting to the project manager
and to the project management team.
- Preparing Technical submittal of material and document transmittal sheet for
project related document for Client/Consultant approval.
- Providing input and coordination with planning engineer to prepare project baseline
schedule.
- Coordinating with procurement team to deliver the material in site as per approval
and time frame.
- Coordinating with other utility contractor/Government bodies (ADDC, ADM, DOT

- Coordination between substation equipment design and civil building design.
- Coordination for Detail design for Modification works, replacement of old AIS
switchgear with 33kv GIS
switchgear, Replacement of 10MVA power transformer with 20MVA power
transformer, Extension of 33kv GIS & 11kv switchgears
- Method statement, Risk Assessment, and execution plan including shutdown
activities.
- Cable sizing and review of electrical equipment data and drawings. - Execution of
Installation / extension of bus bar of 33kv switchgear, 11kv switchgear, C&R panel,
Busbar protection panel, RTU, Telecom panel, 48v & 110V battery charger
including shutdown, Testing and commissioning activities.
- Co-ordination with Civil, MEP, HVAC and Fire Alarm Team for Design and
Modification of Existing Systems.

- Project Scope includes 4 no’s 33/11kV substation/package unit construction at
Hameem Workers city, Design, construction of civil foundation of 33/11kV Hyundai
PU Including complete fence works with gravel as per ADDC standard. 33/11kv PU
Installation, 20MVA power transformer erection, 100kVA Auxiliary transformer,
17kms of power cable laying, control cable laying & 32fibre optic cable laying
including complete testing, commission of package unit with remote end
Modification work.
- Preparing and reviewing the cable route layout drawing, equipment layout, substation
earthing layout, single line diagrams and other related drawing subjected to project.
- Preparing the Material submittals for project Requirements to get approval from
consultant/client.
- Preparing the purchase request for electrical materials as per project requirements.
- Preparation of receiving cum damage report (RCDR) and joint measurement to get the
approval from consultant/client.
- Preparing and follow up the Project payment approval from the consultant and client.
- Preparation of method statement according to project requirement.
