Responsibilities/Achievements as Agency Manager:
*Managing Local and International agencies as Agency Manager.
*Excellent knowledge in Credit-Card, SME cards Collection and Personal loan. Reviewing delinquent accounts & portfolio to control collection, recovery operations for delinquent customers.
*Managing the process of settlement ensuring approval for all settlement accounts, maintaining settlement trackers.
*Effectively managed delinquent customers in Consumer Banking Portfolio - Buckets and Recovery in order to reduce flows into Wright off & optimize service quality.
*Educated customers on non repayment of dues and repercussion there after.
*Handling reversals, card-closures, reinstatement and forwarding the same to concerned department and liaising with agencies.
