Currently Working as Manager HR & Administrtaion in Ali Akbar Group, a leading group engaged in Agrochemicals, Seeds, Pet Bottle, Irrigation System, LPG business and Solar Solutions. Major responsibilities include:
Event Management
Managing the operation works (Room Booking, Billing and Banquet Matters) and strong
liaison with (PC, Avari and Royal Swiss ) staff during Company Annual Sales Conference.
Franchise Renovation
Strong communication with vendor to renovate and all other issues of franchises at
National Level and its billing as well.
Full & Final Settlement/Clearance Process
Develop Full & Final Settlement Tracking system and it’s dash board.
Responsible for Full & Final Settlement process and it’s allied issues. (Strong Coordination required With Finance & Sales Team.
Ensure dealer clearance & handing over company assets of concerned ex-employee.
Ensure timely payment of Ex-employees and get NOC from the ex-employee.
HR Operations
Implement the Microsoft Dynamics AX HR Module in the company.
Complete the Performance Management Cycle during the year for Annual Increment.
Managing 1000 Postpaid connections of Telenor, ZONG, Warid (Network related issues, Monthly Billing, SIMs, Track Live, CSMS, Handsets Subsidy, Mifi Devices).
Letter Drafting ( offer letter, Appointment letter, confirmation letter, Final Settlement letter, Salary Letter, Experience Letter, Transfer Letter, Revision of Salary
Responsible to manage employee’s health and life insurance. (Data base maintenance, follow up of claims, addition and deletion of employee’s record on monthly basis)
