Commissioning Phase  My responsibilities were to lead a team of dedicated individuals to prepare Punch List and continuously monitor the progress of closing each item to the satisfaction of the Operations department.  Review and providing approval for the submit proposals for ongoing commissioning activities.  Actively involved in the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.  Monitoring flushing activity, Pump performance test and perform testing to check Pipeline integrity.  Inspecting RFI’s for Mechanical, HVAC and Piping activities to close the raised Punch list items.  Monitoring and coordinating with the contractor to fulfill the water demand to Mine site. Construction Phase  Monitoring daily site activity and resources available on site, pushing contractors to make maximum utilization of available resources,  Inspecting Trench Dimension, Elevation as per approved IFC drawings & Specifications.  Witnessing RTR/GRP pipe installation activity as per approved Standard.  Visual inspecting alignment tolerance of piping systems is as per approved standards.  Witness Hydro Test, Pipeline Flushing as per approved Specifications / Standards.  Witness Installation of Air Release Valve, Washout Valve and Isolation Valve as per approved IFC drawings & Specification  Witness Commissioning and pre commissioning of pipeline.  Performing Visual inspection of all piping / mechanical installations is completed in accordance with approved designs, standards and procedures.  Liaise with Contractor’s representative for inspection, testing and witnessing for mechanical tests.  Attending RFIS for the ongoing activities.  Monitor and report the daily progress of the Project and Man hours to the project Manager.  Resolving the site issues.  Conducting weekly Construction meeting with Contractor and Sub Contractors.

Reviewing RFPs and Tender documents, Specifications, Basis of Design, drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents for estimation and Costing.
Generating Bill of Quantity against system drawings to identify materials types & quantities to prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation
Preparing price analysis against all the items in the submittal B.O.Q
Attending pre-tender meeting and site visits
Organizing meetings with suppliers & sub-contractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Preparing specification documents and Bill of quantities to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final tender documentation.
Actively involved in Preparing & Submitting Quotation / Tender to Client, making follow-up with client for the approval of Quotation / Tender.
Generating Tender drawings / Proposal drawings and submitting with Tender / Quotation.
Generating General Arrangement Drawings as per Client requirement according to applicable standard(ARAMCO, SABIC)
Generating Fabrication Drawings, according to approved IFC Drawings (Issued For Construction)
Generating Assembly Drawings, Field Erection drawings and Fabrication Details Drawings.
Conducting Pre-Production meeting with all concern before the actual start of Fabrication to discuss the Project Execution plan in detail.
Monitor and report the progress of the Project and Man hours and Consumable consumption of every running work orders.
Checking all materials to be incorporated in the work are in accordance with the specification and approved by the consultants/client.
Checking all the works carried out is in accordance with the approved shop drawings & Specifications.
Liaise with customer's representative for inspection, testing and witnessing for tests.
Performing final inspection of fabricated material prior to delivery of material to site.

Designing of Living Quarter Modules (LQM) as per Client’s requirement according to SOLAS, NMD Regulations & MODU Codes.
Designing of Staff & Labour Camp facility, Office building, modular units & modified Containers as per client’s requirement according to standards.
Preparation of Tender drawings for Architectural & MEP Services.
Preparation of Shop Drawings /Production Drawings for ongoing projects.
Preparing MEP Coordination Drawing in accordance with the Architectural, structural & shop drawing of all services
Preparing P&ID & D&ID as per client requirements & standards.
Preparation of Penetration detail (Builders work) as per coordination drawing
Preparation of fabrication drawing for Steel Ducts & G.I Ducts as per standard.
Preparation of Heli deck Drain & External Drain routing as per standards.
Preparation of Detailed drawing for fire protection system (Hose reel & Hydrant) along with insulation details as per standard.
Preparation of Bills of Material / Material Take Off (MTO)
Preparation of As Built drawing for Architectural & Mechanical Services.

Carry out the Installation jobs including Duct Installation, Machine installation, Refrigerant routing, hangers & supports as per the approved drawings.
Commissioning & Pre- Commissioning of Machines accordance to technical specifications.
Coordinating with sub-contractors, Supplier & other building service engineers
Preparing MTO (Material Take-off) and Material Requisition from the approved drawings
Scheduling materials requirement so that progress on site is not interrupted or delayed
Plan labor requirements based on the construction program and provide requirements to the Project Manager.
Prepare regular Progress Reports and submit to the Project Manager.
Attend scheduled meetings as advised by the Project Manager with other parties Client, Consultant, and Contractors
Assisting Design Team in Making ASBUILT Drawings
Inspecting and checking all the checklists and critical points before hand over the projects.

Performing Inward material visual & sample Inspection as per approved drawing.
Performing Hardness test as per requirement.
Performing first of inspection as per requirement and giving green light for production.
Performing In process inspection as per machine shop quality plans.
Performing final inspection, using all measuring instruments and Gauges for measuring parameter.
Performing 100% visual inspection of machined product before dispatch of material for assembly.
Performing 100% visual inspection of Assembled product before dispatch of product.
Performing Quality Audit in Machine shop & Assembly shop.
Maintaining and performing periodic calibration of Gauges and Instrument.
Updating SAP Quality modules as per procedure.
Maintaining QS records & documents as per QS 9000
Preparing yearly Rejection report and notifying the cause for rejection.
Participating in research & development of products
