Safety policy building and implementation
Assist auditor during social compliance audit.
To fulfill the social compliance requirement of customer such as Wal-Mart, IKEA etc.
To maintain and improve organization HSE standards
To develop safe working practices that is aligned with legal requirements,
Safe working procedure in the department.
To conduct safety trainings
To maintain fire system appropriate and to develop plans to tackle any emergency
To maintain welfare facilities
Induction training and their records
Refresher training of fire drills, chemical spill, manual handlings, electrical works, etc.
Risk assessment of the organization,
To provide assistance in safety procedures and planning to higher management
To conduct inspection of every area as per schedule, identify all potential risk, highlight it and resolve all issues within timeline
To perform root cause analysis and to ensure all caps foe nonconformance are closed in defined time
To ensure implementation of defined sops, work instructions formats, standards etc. within the department and to ensure all safety instructions are pasted at required place
