This company is distribtor in products of UPL (Unilever Pakistan Limited). I am working here as KPO (Key Punch Operator). My job related to computerized billing and maintenace of all sort of record regarded to Unilever Products.
Worked here as a Senior Accountant since October 2009.
I maintain here all sort of accounting records (salary, fee receipts, cash book, petty cash, assets record & all other day to day transactions) on accounting books & on computer accounting software. I also do all clerical work of the said college (writing letters, maintaining all staff & students record, filling & submitting of admission & registration form etc).
I have worked there as an Account Manager.
My major duties were:
• Arrangement of loan agreements between the borrower & the company.
• Keep daily loan issuance & installment received record on accounting software (Peachtree) on accrual basis of accounting.
• Daily interaction with the bank & bank transactions (receipts of installment & issuance of loan is made through banking channel).
• Salary record & other daily administration expenses are recorded on accrual basis of accounting.
Worked as an Account Officer there.
My duties were as follows:
• Maintenance of customer’s record and all other records on Peachtree.
• Maintenance of inventory records of FIFO basis.
• Processing daily transactions.
My other duty was of packing & delivery of orders made by clients.
I worked as an Assistant Accountant there.
My duty was to maintain all sorts of accounting records on computer (Peachtree) such as receipts & payment record, debtor & creditors record, cash & bank record (bank statement & reconciliation with record maintained by the company) etc on accrual basis of accounting.
