2. Surpassing the provided target tonnage (30, 000MT). I was responsible for achieving a staggering tonnage of 65, 000MT in the year 2010.

3. Reviewing Pre tender details of the project for which enquiries have being received. Analyzing the design and our scope of work.

4. To make proposal and conduct a review meeting with the Engineering, Procurement and the Projects. All the commercial terms are being handled by me includes Terms of Payments, Invoicing Issues, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Liquidated Damages, etc.

6. The areas handled by me are US, Canada, Mexico, Uruguay, Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, UAE, Africa (whole), Russia, MENA, South America, Asia and India.

7. The areas I have been able to bag project of huge tonnage are: New Zealand, UK, AUSTRALIA, UAE, KUWAIT, MEXICO, KAZAKHASTAN, ETHIOPIA and ITALY.

8. I have been able to open new markets for the division and our clientele is now all over the world.

1. My knowledge and experience is based on working for projects that ensure standards like NEC, BICSI, Aramco (For Telecom & Electrical).
2. Monitor all the Telecom related works in ensuring the Aramco PMT and Al Waha Management of standardized implementation of work and execution of work accordingly.
3. Weekly meetings with sub contractors like STESA for Security systems, Space Top for Fiber laying and Aramco for Copper & Metering station.
4. To maintain a log book of all irregularities and general conflicts & deviation of sub contractor that had been working under my supervision.
5. I was to attend weekly meetings of Aramco, PMT and Al Waha PP/PDH Plant.
6. Management to give a briefing on the weeks progress and to oversee any problems that could delay the works like site surveying sufficient materials, time for arrival of materials.
7. I can manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for each assigned project area.

I have appropriate experience of handling service and staffing levels; monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; allocate resources accordingly. 6. Inspect and close the project co ordination with the Project management team contractor, area it planning department, CSD/PCG and inter discipline leads, by inspecting the scope of work for the project.
