Responsible for the day to day management of the different Contractor,
Consultants for the respective PDO project, concerning to their area of all
Mechanical and Plumbing Design and Supervision of works such as Drainage,
Water Supply, Fire Fighting System, FM200 System, HVAC- District Cooling
System - Chiller, DX System, VRF / VRV System, BMS System, Irrigation &
Landscape System and Fire Suppression System. In addition to the above
Coordination with LEED Project requirement, Electrical and Fire alarm System
for the project.
Review of Design Proposals and Specification for Mechanical and Plumbing
Services from the Consultants for approval to comply with project specifications
and PDO design requirements prior to the tender submission.
Review of the Contractor proposal MAS / Drawings commented by Consultants
for final approval to proceed further progress of works at site.
Attend all Mile Stones Inspection with Consultants / Contractor for MEP Services completion to comply with specification and approved shop drawings time to time for approval and payment certification.
To control and Monitor the day to day activities of design built contractor
progress of works at site regularly to comply with PDO HSE, Project
Specification and Design Drawings / Shop drawings requirements.
Assist QS for MEP and External Services Works related variation reviewed and
recommendation shall be forwarded to the concern personal for certification.
Control and Monitor the Contractor / Sub Contractor daily activities at site to
comply with PDO Environmental Health and Safety requirement time to time.
Assist HSE for any site related issues and achieving Target Zero environment in
the work place.
Attend Meeting with Consultants / Contractor/ Supplier/ Sub contractor to resolve any technical issues and conduct weekly / monthly progress meeting to obtain site progress and target date for completion of the project.
Responsible for the day to day management of the project, concerning to their areaof all Mechanical Design and Supervision of works like Drainage, Water Supply, Fire Fighting System, FM200 System, HVAC- District Cooling System - Chiller, DX System, BMS System, Irrigation & Landscape System and Fire Suppression System. In addition to the above coordination with LEED Project requirement, Electrical and Fire alarm System for the project.
Review of Material Submittal, Method Statement and Shop drawings in terms of compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
Review of design drawing changes / recommendations for cost saving to the client.
Assist QS for any Mechanical, Plumbing and External Services Works related variation review submission by the contractor forward to the client for approval.
Assist HSE for any site related issues and achieving Target Zero environment in the work place.
Attend Meeting with Client/ Contractor/ Supplier/ Sub contractor to resolve any technical issues and conduct weekly / monthly progress meeting to obtain site progress.
Maintain good relationships with the client and develop a professional team to establish the company as a construction management and supervision staff.
Evaluate and control the value engineering, design, supplier and material selection and finalization of the project requirements.
Oversee all aspects of the day to day management of the projects including Coordination, HSE, QA/QC and QS with construction management and supervision team.
Maintain and implementation of KPI as per client requirement from the beginning of the project until completion for all contractor submission of shop drawing, material approval, method statement, material inspection, RFI etc.
Control all non conformance reports related to MEP works and undertake remedial action.
Monitor and identify the work front area for various discipline to discuss with contractor during meeting for work progress and timely completion of the project.
Evaluate the contractor submission documents shall be comply with LEED requirements, Air Quality Management in order to achieve the LEED credit score during project execution until project completion and handover.
Review the contractor submitted O&M Manual, As built Coordination drawing, Contractual Advice, Claim & Progress Report Review for approval.

Evaluate the contractor submission Extension of Time (EOT) for all MEP works as per the project specification requirements recommendation forward to the client for approval.
Time to time as per the management and project requirement worked as a acting Resident Engineer to control and monitor the construction management and supervision activities.
# Responsible for the day to day management of the project installation, concerning to their area of all Mechanical Design and Supervision of works like Drainage, Water Supply, Fire Fighting System, HVAC- Chiller / DX System, BMS System, LPG System, Medical Gas System, FM 200 System, Fire Suppression System, Landscape & Irrigation System and Water Fountain System etc. In addition to the above coordination with Bio-Medical, Nurse Call, Access Control System, Public Address System, Master Clock System and Fire alarm System.
# To assist client regarding the status of project and completion time to time.
# Weekly / monthly technical & progress meeting with contractor & Client to resolve all issues related to the project installation works at site.
# Review the contractor submission of shop drawing, Request for Inspection, Material submittal and Material Inspection for approval according to the specification and shop drawing requirements.
# During site any critical issues raised by contractor to be resolved coordinate with other services.
# To assist cost consultant for completion of the activity according to site condition for certification.
# Any additional or removal work to be notified to client and cost consultant for variation approval.
# Justify the additional or removal work to the client for approval based on the project requirement.
# Any technical issues related to the material approval and delivery coordinate with supplier for finalization.
# Day to day project work installation to be monitored by specific quality standards and safety requirements.
# Assists MD / Operation Manager / Resident Engineer in programming of resources required for the project.
# Regular site visit with contractor / Client for installation of Mechanical services.
# Attending Meeting with Supplier / Sub contractor to resolve any technical issues.
# Evaluating the variation orders submitted by contractors.
# Responsible for the day to day management of the project, concerning to their area of all MEP installation like Drainage, water Supply, Fire Fighting System, Power, Lighting, Low current system and HVAC- District Cooling / Chiller / DX System.
# Participate in progress meetings with client as a representative of the company on site, as applicable if any technical issues.
# Participate in progress meetings with Master Developers / District Cooling Providers / Consultant for finalization of AC and Electrical loads.
# Assists GM / CEO in programming of resources required for the project and monitoring the performance and progress of the works in relation to agreed programmes.
# Preparation of any contractual documents, technical submittal in compliance with the contract agreements, specification and standards.
# Ensures the availability of the types and quantities of materials required on site to confirm to specified requirements.
# Ensures that the project is completed in accordance with customer’s specified requirements.
# Arrange the inspection for materials, executed works (MEP) and attending inspection with the Authorities / Consultants for final obtaining approval.
# Co-ordination with Client, Main Contractor /Consultants for MEP related works.
# Preparation of invoices obtaining monthly payment for executed /variation works.
# Selection of equipments like AHU, FCU, FANS and Pump Head calculation.
# Estimation and costing of MEP related variation works.
# To ensure timely progress and implementation of the Project Quality Plan. To maintain an effective quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standards.
# Monitoring and controlling of all drawings, material submittals and work progress etc.
# Installation &Supervision of all MEP related works.
# Preparation of technical material submittal in compliance with as per the specification and standards.
# Arrange the inspection for materials, executed works (MEP) and attending inspection with the Authorities / Consultants for obtaining approval.
# Co-ordination with Main Contractor /Consultants for MEP related works.
# Preparation of invoices obtaining monthly payment for executed /variation works.
# Estimation and costing of HVAC related variation works.
# Prepare cost estimates, submit tenders, liaise with clients and assist management in booking jobs.
# Development of procedures for the Organization’s management system, various departments and projects.
# To maintain an effective quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards.
# Travel to project sites to perform audits to ensure adherence to QA requirements.
# Review of subcontractor and suppliers’ quality programs for compliance to contract requirements.
# Assist in the resolution of quality related problems.
# To implement an effective quality system at each level.
# Updating and implementation of project quality plan.
# Maintaining & control of quality records, preparing of all documents and other Correspondence like NCR, CAR relating to quality matters.
# Monitoring of all drawings, material submittals and MEP work progress etc.
