Job Responsibilities:
• Working on SAP ERP 6.0 Production Version
• Maintain weekly and daily maintenance planning.
• Reporting to high management about maintenance progress.
• To supervise subordinates about assembling, disassembling and trials of mechanical equipment's.
• Calibration of pneumatic equipment's.
• To maintain safety in workshop.

• Hydro test of hydraulic hoses.
• Overhauling and Maintenance of Hydraulic Pumps (Gear type, Sliding Vane, Reciprocating)
• Overhauling and Maintenance of Hydraulic Motors, Winches and Actuators.
• Overhauling and Maintenance of Hydraulic directional control valves.
• Fabrication of Hydraulic Hoses.
• Familiar with Hydraulic Schematic Symbols.
• Troubleshooting & maintenance of heavy equipment (Hydraulic crane Bobcat, Road Roller)

• Overhauling and Maintenance of Reciprocating Air Compressor (ComAir, JP Sauer, Girodin Sauer Ingersoll Rand)
• Overhauling and troubleshooting of Screw Compressors.
• Overhauling and Maintenance of Sliding Vane Compressors.
• Overhauling of High pressure and Low pressure Air Reducers, Pneumatic valves.
• Maintenance of pneumatic starting system of Diesel Generators.
• Proof testing of high pressure and low pressure of air cylinders.
