Job Responsibilities;
Preparation of Method Statements and Quality Control Plan.
Preparation of All Technical Submittals, Material Submittals etc.,
Preparation of Work Inspection Requests and Material Inspection Request.
Closing the NCR’S and Site Observations with coordination of site team.
Preparation of Daily, BI-Weekly and Monthly Quality Control Report.
Preparation and Maintaining the Log’s of WIR’S, MIR’S, Material and Technical Submittals.

Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Structural/Civil discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
Conduct periodic quality assurance / quality control inspections on the subcontractors on site and check compliance to the client's and the organization quality policies, procedures and standards.
Identify quality non-conformance issues, summarize findings in periodic quality audit reports and recommend corrective action plans.
Ensure that all QA/QC documents are filed in an organized manner.
Implement corporate policies and procedures.
Communicate QA/QC procedures and documentation to the contractors on site and ensure all relevant individuals are aware of the procedures that affect their work.
Prepare the QA/QC Plan and agree on any revisions with the Consultant prior to commencement of the works.

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

Preparing the QA/QC Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Keep Record of all Documents.
Maintaining the FDT and Concrete Pouring Logs and Records.
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant
Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality.
Provide support and assistance to senior management and project personnel to guarantee that project quality objectives are achieved in a timely manner
Assist and support contract administration, quality control and the development/improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures
Providing regular written reports and support to the QA/QC Manager.
Support other quality personnel (Coordinators and Inspectors) in monitoring Contractor’s work execution during the construction phase.

Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company's Quality Policy.
Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.
