case management services, including reviewing medical documentation
to adjudicate leaves in compliance with the corresponding leave plans,
federal and state laws and benefit plans as defined by Amazon
Critically assess and adjust the case management plan to an employee's
changing needs of leaves
Address and respond to sensitive situations
Troubleshoot issues and seek to remove barriers before, during, or after a
leave event
Respond to employee impacting issues that may arise during the leave
event and ensure the right communication occurs
Identify and solve problems that may arise, sometimes with limited

Facilitate a smooth return to work plan for employees returning to back
to the workplace
Educate managers and business partners on employee concerns and
needs prior to being off or returning back to work

Consult, coordinate and partner with our third party administrator, HR,

Auditing cases of the team for non‑ resolves to identify the root cause and
if there are any associate errors that can be controlled and converted to
resolves.

Driving a project for BLR site wherein the duplicate cases are merged with
the oldest/original case which leads to minimizing of the reopen rate and
creation of duplicate cases for the same concern
Was part of a project to test a new Reimbursement tool which was in trial
phase and required to be used and given a feedback for basis which the
tool would be fixed in case of errors and will be introduced to all the sites
for creating reimbursements eventually after its launch
