Patrols the assigned area, monitors/controls, as directed by CCR/Sr.Shift supervisor, to communicate and follow instructions of the Shift Controller to carry out duties efficiently and safely. To check process parameters and coordinate with the Senior Operator to correct any deviations. To carryout routine checks on equipment for abnormalities and inform Superior for prompt action. To sign work permits, follow on-going jobs and monitor Contractors activities ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures .To operate outside machinery and related equipment safely and efficiently as per QATAR PETROLEUM standards and instructions. Act as Area Authority and validator for Permit to Work activities within area of responsibility
Operation and Maintenance of all the ovens (phase 1 & 2)
1) Monitoring the individual crown & under flue temperature of all the ovens (139 & 140 no’s).
2) Monitoring the individual draft of all the ovens and Main draft of all the Stacks (4 stacks of each phase).
3) Monitoring the common flue temperature of all the stacks (4 stacks of each Phase)
4) Manpower distribution in my daily concerned shift.
5) Preparation of Shutdown oven status.
6) Preparation of heating oven status.
7) Maintaining the Record of daily reports.
8) Maintaining the report for Coke sample ovens.
9) Preparing the Primary air and secondary air monitoring charts.
10) Maintaining Record of all the Tertiary air damper status.
11) Maintaining Record for the Main damper & individual damper status.
12) Maintaining Record maintenance of all the readings taken by our operators like crown, under flue, common flue temperatures, and hourly power generated readings from the power plant (Power generated from the output-steam of the oven up to 100MW).
13) Above all we have to prepare the next day pushing oven schedule, according to the requirement and available ovens and Coking Period.
14) Also I have been worked as a reporter (collecting all the details of the production, pushed and charged ovens, shutdowns, breakdowns and collecting the sample report details from the corex lab and prepare the M.D. report and report to the G.M. and other important jsw employees of coke oven plant and mail the same report to Production Planning Control (PPC).

To maintain the quality of the manufacturing polypack, this is made in various sizes, also used to export and import. Maintain the smooth running of the Looms and give the daily production report to the Manager.
