SLT is involved in steel cutting, bending, fabrication, vehicles assembling, armoured vehicles’ parts trading. I am taking care of business plans, production & planning, logistic and finances.
o Finalizing monthly and yearly Production Plans for all manufacturing facilities located in UAE, USA, Canada, Jordan, Turkey, Pakistan, Thailand, Nigeria & India.
o Planning and allocation of group resources within group as per each facility requirement.
o Analyzing profitability analysis of all projects, preparing business forecasts by considering global situation to make new business decisions.
o Working closely with CFO for funds allocation
o Signing all Sales Contracts by considering right variants, sales price and delivery time.
o Controlling production and observing variances
o Approving new/change in existing Bill of Material.
o Reviewing annual and semiannual purchase plans and approving quantities to meet Production Plans.
o Measuring per day efficiency/production percentage of each factory.
o Approving warranty claims.
o Part of the core management team involved in taking strategic decisions for the smooth operation of the company including recruitment of suitable personnel.
o Controlling MM, Quality and PP module in SAP for all Group facilities
o SAP implementation Key User Production, Cost & Controlling, Material Management
o Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making new business decisions.
o Reviewing the financial statements and analyzing increase/decrease with deviations from projections.
o Performing revenue and expense forecasts in order to make financial decisions.
o Analyzing actual trends in revenues and expenses.
o Preparing short term and long term budgets.
o Developing and monitoring the cost control measure.
o Controlling production and observing variances.
o Analyzing group purchases, making comparisons, preparing annual purchase budget.
o Co-ordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.
o Determining the required quantity of any item with the help of production staff for any particular vehicle/project.
o Reviewing PO’s of all companies and ensuring that requested quantity is correct and on best available prices.
o Preparing annual and semiannual purchase plans and defining quantities with the help of Production Department according to Production Plans.
o Gathering historical purchase data, preparing analysis and finding the deviations from budgeted purchase plans.
o Measuring per day efficiency/production percentage of each factory and submitting to management.
o Monthly collecting reports of slow & non moving item from all factories, consolidating and moving the parts to respective factory to utilize properly.
o In addition to these basic responsibilities, I also work on a bunch of special projects that management needs. This ranges from taking surveys of other companies to creating and analyzing business plans, determining sales prices, salary structure, stock takes, SAP implementation, disposal of dead and waste items, insurance, assisting to Internal and External auditors.
o Prepared and presented the Financial analysis (MIS) to Group head office (Saudi Arabia & Lebanon)
o Dealt with banks and financial institutions for new financing and routine matters.
o Dealt with automobile dealers about financing of new fleet.
o Finalized Financial Statements for management and audit purpose.
o Prepared short term and long term budgets (financial projection).
o Developed the strategies, assessing the risks and preparing feasibility reports for new branches.
o Liaison with external and internal auditors.

In the audit and assurance department, I was engaged in the performance of statutory audit of public and private companies, special, interim audits as well as agreed upon procedures of leading organizations.
Responsible for audit planning, job allocation to professional staff and keeping liaison with clients ensuring that assignments are completed in time with due professional requirements.
Experience in finalization process of audit assignments in accordance with the relevant legislation & general practices in relevant industries, with professional integrity.

I gained noteworthy exposure in report writing and business communication. While conducting the audit and providing consultancy services to various clients, I have prepared reports for different levels of management which has given me a diversified experience in this field.
