▪ Driving initiatives towards successfull partner site metric improvement, executing pilot projects, maintaining the data for the targeted issues, analysing the cases handled by the partners.
▪ Pivotal in being the SPOC for
- The Largest targeted call (Printer Not Found and Printer Install Wizard) for the Leadstream and maintaining data and getting the document published.
- Active participation in the NDU (Network Diagnostic Utility) release versions and executing the pilots for determining the success of the tool
▪ Essayed the role of MOD for effective break management and monitoring service levels & Schedule adherence
▪ Actively involved in identifying the solutions for the latest issues occurring during the All in one installation and development opportunities through inquiry tracking; deliver feedback and discussing the same on con calls.
